How do I set a default BCC?

Step 1. Go to your profile settings (click your profile picture in the top left corner of your page).



Step 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, enter the default BCC email into the proper 'Default BCC' box, and click the 'Save' button.



Note: This was created specifically for CRM activity records. Most CRM systems offer a special email address that creates an activity record when blind copied. Please contact us if you want further explanation on how to integrate your CRM system on this level.
